Twitter do not Litter

I have about an hour between filling the sprayer so I usually pick up trash along the road bed.  My conclusion from picking litter for over 35 years is this: people that litter drink cheap beer, sugary sodas, water from bottles, and sometime hard liquor.  They also smoke cigarettes.

 But there is a special place in litter hell for those that pee in a bottle and then throw it out the window.  Why?
